Known for its contributions to pop and jazz, the African continent is less well known on the classical scene. Three artists - the Gambian Foday Musa Suso (1950), the Egyptian Hamza El Din (1929-2006) and the South African Kevin Volans (1949) - open the way for an encounter of undeniable richness between universes that sublimate each other. A musical journey between classical music and African sonorities with Salomon Baneck-Asaro, breaker, newstyler, freestyler, dancer and choreographer, and a prominent female string quartet.
